The Goldhelm Kingdom, located on the isolated northeastern peninsula of Criozevan, is a technocratic monarchy defined by its rigid caste system and deep-seated elitism. Ruled by King Aldric from the capital city of Ovodon—known as the "Gilded Cradle"—the kingdom strictly prohibits the use of traditional magic, punishing violations with public execution, while relying entirely on advanced "Holo-tech" for their military shielding and daily infrastructure. Inhabited by the tall, golden-eyed Goldhelm race who view themselves as superior to the rest of the continent, the nation attempts to remain an autarky, restricting trade solely to the Republic of Frada, though this façade of invincible order has been recently shattered by the abduction of Princess Seraphina.
